What exactly is a Vascular ultrasound?
Ultrasound imaging is a non-invasive medical test that provides real time images of the body’s veins and arteries. This is to aide in physicians’ diagnosis and treatment of the body’s conditions.
Since ultrasound images are captured in real-time, they can show the structure and movement of the body’s veins and arteries as the blood flows through them.
